Full biography
Larter was named by Frederick Hamilton Davey as a co-worker on his 1909 book Flora of Cornwall. He thanked her for seven years of advice on many difficult points and help in proof-reading the final volume.
She is referenced extensively in Selina Bates and Keith Spurgin's 1994 book Stars in the Grass: The Story of F.L. Davey, 1868-1915.
