Joy Wilson

Joy Wilson has authored several books on Cornwall, including Around St. Austell Bay (1986), East Cornwall in the Old Days (1988), Cornwall, Land of Legend (1989), and Tristan & Iseult: A Cornish Love Story (1999). She was made a Bard of the Gorsedh Kernow in 1994. Her bardic name is Studhyores An Pow, 'Student of the Countrysde' in Cornish. She was was married to Colin Wilson, the writer and philosopher.
