Short biography
An illustrator and painter. Rowe was made a Cornish Bard in 1979, taking the name Formyes Tekter, 'Creator of Beauty'. She illustrated a number of calendars of Cornwall which were published by Len Truran and illustrated Granite Crosses of West Cornwall (1973).
